Terms of Service

1. The Service

Product Peek provides tools for digital product information, including product pages, translations, QR codes, analytics, reviews, billing, and optional AI-assisted features. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be able to form a binding contract and meet any minimum age required in your country (and at least 16 where applicable).
• You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
• You may sign in with email or third-party providers (such as Google, Apple, or Facebook). You must keep those accounts secure and comply with their terms as well.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("Customer Content"), including product data, media, translations, and similar materials. You grant Product Peek a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, and distribute Customer Content as needed to operate and improve the Service, including showing public product pages you publish.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Customer Content and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Service
• Misrepresent products, scam users, or publish harmful/illegal content
• Abuse AI features, scrape the Service excessively, or reverse engineer it except as allowed by law
• Resell or misuse the Service in ways that violate these Terms

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the Service and its users.

5. Public pages, scans, and reviews

Product pages you publish may be accessible to anyone with the link. Customers may submit reviews and related feedback. Scan and usage analytics may be collected to provide insights to the account that owns the product. You are responsible for how you use that data and for complying with applicable privacy laws when interacting with end customers.

6. AI features

Optional AI features may generate suggestions, summaries, translations, or other outputs based on inputs you provide. Outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publishing or relying on them. AI usage may consume credits or paid plan allowances as described in the Service.

7. Plans, billing, and credits

• Paid plans, add-ons, and AI credits are billed through our payment provider under the pricing shown at checkout or in the billing area.
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
• We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods. Taxes may apply.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or limitation of paid features.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and branding (other than Customer Content), is owned by Product Peek or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service.

9. Third-party services

The Service may integrate third-party services (for example authentication, hosting, payments, or AI providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that content (including AI outputs) will be accurate or complete.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Product Peek and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or, if greater protection is required by law, the minimum amount that cannot be limited).

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Product Peek against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will continue to apply.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
